Once an order has been placed your order is considered firm and there will be a contract between us.
The contract will end upon satisfactory receipt of goods when collected and left the premises.
Any product ordered from a picture or photo showing a product made by another supplier, can only be reproduced by Lois’s Little Cake & Chocolate Company as our interpretation of that product and will not be an exact replica of the product in the picture or photo.

Complaints – In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about your celebration cake, please inform as soon as possible so that we may have the opportunity to resolve matters immediately. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you will agree to meet with us to try to resolve matters. If this meeting fails to resolve any dispute, any legal claim you bring will be limited in value to the total cost of the cake and in respect of which any complaint is made. Should there be a complaint about the taste of our cakes, we would require the cake to be returned (in tact as much as possible) for us to establish the problem.
